About Postpartum Services

Pregnancy and birth have a lasting impact on our core, pelvic floor, and abdominal wall, with some effects emerging immediately and others manifesting years later. Our specialized pelvic health physical therapy aims to minimize scar tissue, release muscle tension, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, reduce pain, and empower you to live life without limitations. Whether it's 4-6 weeks or 6 years after giving birth, it's never too late to seek our interdisciplinary approach at The Vagina Docs, where we're dedicated to facilitating efficient healing and supporting your overall well-being.

Dr. Jocelyn and Dr. Jordan are a wealth of knowledge. I came after my second c-section and was looking to understand how to keep myself healthy going back into the gym. They both take the time to get to know you and your specific history. I mainly had my visits with Dr. Jocelyn, she was very easy to talk with and would explain what/why she was doing. She was thorough with the work to do in between visits and really cared about your progress. You can tell they are both passionate about their work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
